Certificate of Investment

Income Option

Designed for investors seeking predictable monthly income, the Certificate of Investment performs like a bank certificate of deposit, generating a set rate of return for a specified period.

Stadia allocates funds into investments that generate the rate of return while offering senior lien rights. This enables us to provide our clients better returns and dependable capital preservation along with protection from market volatility and freedom from sales charges and account management fees.

Self-Directed IRA Option

A self-directed IRA gives you a degree of control and flexibility over your investment choices that a traditional IRA simply doesn’t offer. This option allows you to grow your earnings tax deferred or tax free.

Stadia offers investments through a self-directed retirement account as a courtesy to our clients at no cost to you (valued at $400+/year). Available accounts include a Traditional IRA, Inherited Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, Inherited Roth IRA, SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA, and Solo(k).
